We are hiring a Social Media Expert who combines marketing and social media management skills to architect and enhance company social media presences, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities for revenue.
Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget
planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.
Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various clients, including advertising, product development, and brand
Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this
information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing
strategies and campaigns.
Grows and expands company social media presence on existing platformsincluding Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram through organic and paid activities.
Researches and monitors the activity of company competitors.
Interacting with customers and dealing with customers’ inquiries.
Creating content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media.
Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organization’s brand and social media strategy.
Developing new social media strategies and campaigns.
Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-
click (PPC) advertising.
Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns.
Collaborating with colleagues from across marketing departments to ensure branding is consistent.
Meeting with clients and pitching potential marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of and an interest in the methods organizations use to
promote themselves through social media is a necessity.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Photo and video editing experience.
An ability to multitask, to work on a number of projects at once.
Expert level skills in using and navigating social media networks’ native web apps, 3rd party social media tools, and “the internet” to
run it all.
