Terms and Conditions​
Eligibility:
- The referral program is open to all existing Mastroke clients.
- Referrals can be any business, friend, or family member who owns, manages, or plans to develop a Shopify store.
Referral Process:
- Referrals must mention the referrer’s name when contacting Mastroke.
- Referrals can schedule a 45-minute session to discuss their business goals and explore Mastroke’s services.
Reward Eligibility:
- The referrer and the referral are eligible for $100 off once the referral engages with Mastroke’s services for a minimum of 90 days.
- Rewards will be applied to the next bill or service invoice after the 90-day engagement period.
Multiple Referrals:
- There is no limit to the number of businesses a client can refer.
- Each referral must meet the eligibility criteria to qualify for rewards.
Exclusions:
- Referrals who have previously used Mastroke services or are existing clients are not eligible.
- Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Program Modifications:
- Mastroke reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
- Changes to the program will not affect rewards already earned by eligible referrals.
General:
- Any disputes regarding eligibility or rewards will be resolved at Mastroke’s discretion.
- Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
