You can cancel your service subscription at any time within 3 days of payment.
If you cancel within this period, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
2. Refunds After 3 Days
If you request a refund after 3 days from the start of the project, a deduction will be applied to the refunded amount as per our company norms.
This deduction reflects the work already completed and ensures fairness to both parties.
3. Refund Timeline
Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
Once processed, it takes 5–10 business days for the funds to return to the original payment method (for Stripe, PayPal, or card payments).
4. Unauthorized Payments
If a payment is made from your account without your permission, you will receive a full refund.
5. Responsibility for Costs
The client is responsible for the refund of the amount specified on the invoice.
Additional expenses, such as advertising budgets or other investments made during the project, are not eligible for a refund.
