  • You can cancel your service subscription at any time within 15 days of payment.
  • If you cancel within this period, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

2. Refunds After 15 Days

  • If you request a refund after 15 days from the start of the project, a deduction will be applied to the refunded amount as per our company norms.
  • This deduction reflects the work already completed and ensures fairness to both parties.

3. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
  • Once processed, it takes 5–10 business days for the funds to return to the original payment method (for Stripe, PayPal, or card payments).

4. Unauthorized Payments

If a payment is made from your account without your permission, you will receive a full refund.

5. Responsibility for Costs

  • The client is responsible for the refund of the amount specified on the invoice.
  • Additional expenses, such as advertising budgets or other investments made during the project, are not eligible for a refund.
