What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with a strong background in Digital Marketing and a proven track record in achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should:
- Have a profound understanding of Digital Marketing services
- Possess proven Business Development experience
- Come from a marketing-focused background
- Be committed to both personal and organizational growth
- Be willing to collaborate with leaders and take on strategic roles
- Contribute actively to our long-term organizational goals
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and digital marketing experience
What You Will Do:
- Research and identify potential clients and target markets
- Devise and implement effective sales strategies using digital marketing knowledge
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusa, and Zoominfo to engage with CXO-level prospects
- Demonstrate marketing knowledge related to Shopify, Woocommerce, SEMrush, and B2B/B2C/C2C ecosystems
- Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
- Understand client goals and provide customized solutions
- Create proposals and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with project management for successful delivery
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue goals
- Implement outbound sales techniques to generate qualified leads
- Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activity

- Minimum 1 years in business development, sales, or account management at a digital marketing agency
- Deep understanding of SEM, SMM, SEO, PPC, marketplaces, social media, email & content marketing, and web development
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven success in achieving sales and revenue goals
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
- Capability to manage and lead sales teams
- Willingness to travel onsite for client/team meetings
