Role Overview:

As a key player in our company’s growth and success, you’ll excel in initiating and managing projects efficiently while maintaining robust communication channels. Your role involves facilitating seamless client interactions, conducting accurate requirement analyses, and driving continuous process improvements to mitigate project risks. You’ll oversee the execution and management of projects, ensuring successful delivery within defined parameters, and driving operational enhancements for stores. Post-delivery tasks and client satisfaction will be in your purview, along with implementing cross-sell & upsell strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently initiate projects and maintain effective communication channels.
  • Facilitate smooth client interactions and ensure accurate requirement analysis.
  • Continuously improve processes and mitigate project risks.
  • Oversee efficient execution and management of projects and successful delivery within defined parameters
  • Drive key operational aspects for store enhancement and efficiency.
  • Ensure post-delivery tasks and client satisfaction
  • Implement cross-sell and upsell strategies
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive working environment.
  • Support team members by removing obstacles, providing resources, and offering mentorship as needed.
  • Encourage professional development and growth opportunities for team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Shopify features, updates, and industry trends, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.
  • Solicit feedback from team members, clients, and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements accordingly.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the project management team.

General Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing Shopify projects, including website development, customization, and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce principles, Shopify platform capabilities, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
  • Shopify certification or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus.
