Job Overview:

As a HR Recruiter at Mastroke, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talented individuals to join our team. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards), networking, and other creative methods.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and fit for the position.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an in-house recruiter or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
