Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage paid campaigns for client accounts on social media platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, etc.
Analyze new prospects’ PPC requirements and create analysis reports, including expected CPC, ad budget, conversion rates, etc.
Identify and analyze CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) factors required for client websites and collaborate with the respective team to find resolutions.
Monitor and optimize client account campaigns daily to achieve monthly goals and targets.
Take direct responsibility for campaign planning and implementation, budget management, performance review, optimization, and analysis for assigned client accounts.
Set up goals, funnels, and e-commerce tracking in Google Analytics.
Conduct daily monitoring and reporting of campaign performance, leading calls, reports, and face-to-face meetings with batch leaders and upper management.
Develop a deep understanding of social media performance, including performance drivers across markets.
Perform daily client workflow and reporting activities such as audit reports, and bi-monthly, and monthly reports.
Attend face-to-face client meetings and calls, including introductory meetings, and bi-monthly and monthly data calls.
Proactively raise concerns and highlight opportunities as required.
Manage a team of professionals and actively review their work to maintain high-quality standards.
Provide valuable insights and strategies to contribute to the overall development and growth of the company.
Prioritize client retention strategies to ensure long-term partnerships.
Keep abreast of current trends and changes in Social Media Marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
A minimum of a graduation degree from an accredited university or college.
Strong knowledge of SMM / SMO concept and should know the concept of Shopify clients (B2B, B2C, C2C ).
Good understanding of both paid and organic marketing.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, preferably with experience managing large budgets and working with platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, etc.
Previous exposure to both agency and client environments is highly desirable.
Ability to assess performance, define strategy, prioritize tactics, and drive growth and profitability.
Strong problem-solving mentality with a focus on finding efficient ways to improve processes.

Data-Driven Decisions: Proficiency in reading and analyzing campaign metrics, making data-driven decisions for campaign growth.
Split Testing: Skill in split testing various variables within ad campaigns and scaling the ones that perform well.
Client Interaction: Assisting clients with operational action plans on their accounts, including conducting regular progress meetings.
Performance Metrics: Delivering campaign results in terms of ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) in both the short and long term.
Platform Expertise: Setting up necessary business assets on social media platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting and resolving errors on business accounts to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Conversion Optimization: Knowledge of conversion rate optimization techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Creative Skills: Ability to generate creative ideas for graphics in ads and write compelling ad copies that convert on the respective channels.
